These new combat rules can be used with standard DND character builds and adds tactical gameplay option and helps boost your immersion in the game world.

The rules system is simple to use, incorporating the illustrated cards. The cards give visual depictions and descriptions of what your characters are doing, or that you can use as inspiration for your own descriptions, helping visualize what's happening and feel more immersed.

The current illustrations and stances are taken from real renaissance and medieval fencing manuals. You can visit wiktenauer.com which is a fantastic resource for anyone curious about what the ancient masters wrote.
Real Historical Illustrations
Yes these are real illustrations in the historical medieval and renaissance fencing manuals (hence the different styles and 'slightly' outdated look). I am hoping to upgrade these with original artwork as one of my funding goals.
Simple Rules

Tactical Gameplay
The system gives players more options in combat, choosing to raise their guard in dangerous situations, or risk taking damage to deliver a fatal strike.
